Performance Marketer & Media Buyer
Leonardo Silva, performance marketer and media buyer based in São Paulo, Brazil. Google Ads and YouTube Ads for direct-response and info-product brands, handling account structure, creative testing, and daily optimization, done by the same person end to end.
Hi. My name is Leonardo. I started running paid traffic in 2024. Within three months I had scaled more than R$5 million (roughly US$1M) in Meta Ads spend on a single operation, testing creative and audience structure at a pace most buyers take a year to reach.
I moved to Google Ads shortly after. Testing on YouTube, I found something Meta wasn't giving me: scale that held under real budget, without the volatility. I specialized there, focusing on cold-traffic funnels, Demand Gen, and Search.
In August 2025 I was hired to open the YouTube Ads department at the company I was working for. From that August through June 2026 the department generated roughly US$8 million in results, including a US$1.9 million month in February and single days with more than US$90,000.00 invested in three accounts. I became Head of YouTube Ads along the way, and picked up real team leadership experience: hiring, coaching, and coordinating the processes a media-buying team needs to move fast without breaking. Across my career I've led as many as 13 people, though I keep the core team around six when I need to move fast and still hold strong results.
Since going independent, I've managed more than US$4M in Google Ads spend across active accounts, holding an average ROAS of 1,86x. I own the account architecture, tracking, and automation myself, because the off-the-shelf options couldn't keep up with how fast I needed to test.
I'm looking to work directly with brands that treat performance as the only scoreboard that matters. If that's you, here's what I bring:

A newer, smaller account run on the same testing framework, proof the system holds at a smaller scale too, not just at the top end.
